One-Year Warranty

At SilverShine, we proudly offer a one-year warranty. At SilverShine, we stand fully behind the jewelry we sell. Therefore, all of our jewelry pieces are covered by a one-year warranty beginning the day when the original order was received.

Product Quality Warranty

  • All our jewelry products are crafted with premium materials and are subject to rigorous quality control checks before being shipped to our customers.
  • We offer a rock-solid one-year warranty on all our jewelry products. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not apply to damages caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or loss of the item.
  • If you experience any issues with your jewelry within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team via info@silvershinee.com. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item(s) back to us.
  • The customer must include the order number within the package. Packages with no enclosed order number will not be processed.
  • The customer should ensure that the jewelry is safely packed to ship. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen jewelry.
  • When sending back the jewelry, the customer must use a shipping method with tracking information. Packages with no tracking information will not be processed.
  • SilverShine reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.
